Meet Our Owner & Chef! Nicholas Gaido

As a native Texan and the son of Mickey Gaido, Nick Gaido understands what it means to serve the freshest seafood and quality ingredients. As the owner and chef, Nick wants all of Nick's guests to enjoy only the best seafood and have a meaningful dining experience. Nick graduated from the culinary institute of America in the winter of 2010 and took over the business in early 2012.

Serving Up the Facts About Nick:

  1. Nick is around seafood all day, but that doesn't mean he can't love a good chicken fried steak — which is his favorite dish.
  2. On a hot summer day, he'll wash down seafood with a Big O' Dos Equis.
  3. He started peeling shrimp when he was only 12 years old!
